The purpose of dearbrethren.com was to make available to the congregation, charges that were brought against the elder board of Grace Gospel Church of Somerset, MA on May 21, 2016. The group of ministry leaders and members known as the Concerned Members Group (CMG), were unbiblically suspended and shunned in an attempt to silence the group by the elder board after delivering a binder of charges (550 pages). In fulfillment of
Mathew 18:17 “If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector” and
1 Timothy 5:20-21 “As for those who persist in sin, rebuke them in the presence of all, so that the rest may stand in fear. In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of the elect angels I charge you to keep these rules without prejudging, doing nothing from partiality.”
we were compelled to get this evidence to the congregation by means of public media. This purpose has been realized and at least one member of the board, Gerard Martel has admitted his sin and resigned. You may hear an audio of that address here. The congregation now has what it needs to make a decision concerning the future of the remaining elders and the direction of Grace Gospel Church.
